Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and the three business days prior. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

All shipments are sent from our fulfillment center in the USA. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

While all sales are final and non-refundable, we do review each order on a case to case basis. Nothing is perfect and we appreciate Happy customers.

While we do not offer exchanges, we’re always happy to help with any product concerns working with our vendors to recity the situation. If they are at fault, customer received a full refund. Please reach out to us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
